In the Sikkhāpada Sutta, the Buddha says:
And what is a bad person?
Suppose there was a tree that was complete with branches and foliage. Its shoots, bark, softwood, and heartwood would grow to fullness. ...
There’s no fire like passion,
no loss like anger,
no pain like the aggregates,
no ease other than peace.
